Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LatencyLab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our software.

License

LatencyLab grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on one device per license key. You may not:

Share, sell, or distribute your license key
Reverse engineer or modify the software
Use the software for illegal purposes

What LatencyLab Does

LatencyLab optimizes Windows settings to improve gaming performance. It modifies:

Windows registry settings
Network configurations
GPU and system settings

LatencyLab does NOT modify game files or inject into games. It is safe to use with all anti-cheat systems.

Disclaimer

LatencyLab is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for:

Any damage to your system
Performance results may vary by system
Compatibility issues with specific hardware

We recommend creating a System Restore Point before applying tweaks (LatencyLab does this automatically).

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are final. However, if you experience technical issues we cannot resolve, contact us on Discord for assistance.

Anti-Cheat Compatibility

LatencyLab only modifies Windows settings and does not interact with games directly. It is compatible with:

Vanguard (Valorant)
EasyAntiCheat (Fortnite, Apex)
BattlEye (PUBG, R6)
All other anti-cheat systems

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms, including sharing your license key or attempting to reverse engineer the software.
